Terms and conditions of sale

Purpose

These terms govern the sale of monthly subscription video production services offered by Framentum (Essential, Growth, Domination, Cinema packs) as well as single-video services and add-on options.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in euros, VAT not applicable (small business tax exemption scheme, art. 56bis of the Belgian VAT Code). A 30% deposit is due upon order, the balance upon the first delivery of the month, then monthly billing at the start of the following month.

Delivery and revisions

Delivery times and the number of included revisions vary by pack (see the Services page). Revisions outside the scope of the initial brief may be subject to an additional quote.

Termination

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, with no notice period, unless otherwise stated in connection with a minimum-term commitment tied to a pricing discount.

Liability

Framentum commits to producing deliverables in line with the brief validated by the client. Framentum cannot be held liable for business outcomes (views, conversions, sales) resulting from the use of the delivered videos.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts where Framentum is based.
